Horizontal Laminar Flow (HLAF)

The Gelaire HLAF is a horizontal laminar flow cabinet designed to provide a sterile, particle-free workspace, serving as a cost-effective alternative to cleanrooms. It operates under positive pressure and complies with ISO Class 3 standards, ensuring high-level protection for sensitive materials.

Key Features:

• Air Filtration: Equipped with a G3 prefilter (80–90% efficiency per ASHRAE) and an H14 HEPA/ULPA filter with ≥99.995% efficiency at MPPS (EN 1822), delivering ISO Class 3 air cleanliness.

• Construction: Standard models feature an epoxy powder-coated steel structure with AISI 304L stainless steel work surface; full stainless steel models are available for enhanced cleanability.

• Design: The open front and horizontal airflow provide ergonomic access and uniform airflow across the workspace.

• Optional Features: Available options include UV sterilizing lamps, gas and vacuum taps, and flexible front shutters for added protection.

Ideal for applications such as sterility testing, microbiology, IVF, culture media preparation, and the assembly of medical or electronic devices.
